Guatemala: Rainforest Canopy Tour

Here we are on the rain forest canopy tour. We hiked for like 20-30 minutes and had to cross some shaky bridges that only 6 people could cross at a time!! They were pretty old looking! Then we got to the zip lines. There were 8 different ones and we had a blast flying across the trees. Justin had to bend his legs a few times b/c he was pretty close to some tree tops!!

This waterfall was way up there and we just kept getting closer and closer to it!! Very neat!!

I'm going to try to load a video or 2. You can hear the buzz of the line as we were going across it. The tour guides/helpers would wave a red flag at us to signal when to begin braking. To slow down you had to put your hand (in a thick, thick glove) on the line and pull down. It was tough at first (for me anyway), but we got the hang of it. Enjoy!!
